Peripheral flushing

What are you all doing for peripheral flushing protocals? Â Every 8 hours? Â Q24? Â Only prn?

we flush our peripheral locks with saline every 6-8 hrs or every after use

We flush our perpherals with saline every 24 hours and after use. Have not had any increase in problems.
