I use the wonderful table that accompanied a post not terribly long ago regarding type of line (PIV/Midline or Central) for the various common drugs we see prescribed.  Two commonly prescribed drugs are not on there.  Does anyone happen to have that information for Daptomycin & Invanz  handy?  Thanks in advance.
Daptomycin: pH: 4.0-5.0 & osmolarity: 304-364
Ertapenem sodium (Invanz) pH: 7.5 (from http://www.invanz.com/invanz/hcp/documents/invanz_ahfs_form.pdf)
