I would not consider any
I would not consider any compatibility wall chart to be "great". The information changes too rapidly for these charts to keep up. If your facility uses them, you will need a plan for routinely updating and getting new ones, preferabley at least once per year. You could also make the handbook, Intravenous Medications, available to the nursing staff as this has compatability information and is published annually. Lynn
