Home care patient.
38 yro Male with dual Lumen Hickman for TPN and dual lumen Vas Cath for dialysis on the other side. Complains of dizzyness and syncope, neck pain and bad taste with flush( even slow) but not when infusing. No complaints with dialysis flow rates. CXR shows both tips in good position.
Need ideas please?
