Neonatal CVC site care for CLABSI prevention

Can anyone share what they are doing in their neonatal ICUs for dsg changes on all central lines in regards to site protection with either CHG patch or silver. I know according to the manufacturer's recommendations that these patches are only good for 7 days and dressings usually stay on longer than that in the neonatal population. I am especially interested in the <2 mths old population. I also know that the CHG patch is not recommended in the <2mths population due to skin irritation. We are very interested in what others have found helpful to reduce CLABSI in this population. Any information would be appreciated.
