I don't recall ever seeing anything published on doing any type of pressure monitoring through an implanted port. The port access needle and any accumulated sludge inside the port could add resistance which might obscure your reading. Have you tried a PubMed literature search yet? There would be no need for high pressure injectable implanted ports if you chose to try this. High pressure implanted ports are only required for high pressure injection of contrast for CT scans.
